I Have Got An Employment VISA Processed By ADCB , But The In The VISA My Surname Is Wrong, Is It OK To Trvl?

Its an UAE VISA
I am from India I have got an livelihood VISA processed by ADCB , but the in the VISA my surname is wrong, its a typo mistake, will i have a tough nut to crack during the immigration check? Should i travel or should i get the name corrected and then travel? can anyone let me know the pros and cons??? i wud understand any replies on this

Answer: Yes you may lineaments problem even in Indian airport - try to get rectified.

I AM GETTING STATMENT IN MY MAIL ADRESS
WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW I AM Facing FROM UAE

Answer: If you don't have a take action from them then obviously you cannot owe them anything. It looks as if your identity has been stolen. Contact the bank but NOT by email so that they can plan b mask the source. Also pass the details to the relevant authority wherever you are.

A lot of people have in mind it is the Indians. Wonder if it is the locals or a certain man with a private Zoo

Answer: What are you tough to say? Indians may not be the biggest defaulters but my guess, that they are the biggest group of people who fled the territory leaving unpaid debts behind. Locals stay and have to pay off their debts sooner or later or mask the consequences.

Dubai Bank Loan Is Not Cleared Due To The Loss Of Job?

I was working in Dubai for about 4 years and in 2009 September I have demolished my job. Now I am living in India and jobless. I had personal loan with one of the leading bank (adcb) in UAE and I have paid 9 months of repayment without naught.

My borther tranferred some money to my account after I have left Dubai towards the loan. I am agreeable to pay the money back in full after selling my property or arranging from somehwere. The problem is that I am not able to conjunction anyone

Answer: If you die your in hock/loans are transferred to your family, so don't bet on that.

Can Immigraion Complaint Taken Back Against Bank At The Immigration Counter At The Airport?

i was working in uae and resigned, came back to india due to some adverse reson. i had taken small loan and i was using credit cards. unfortunately i couldnt pay before leaving uae. now i requirement to go to uae in visit visa. i will pay the money but i dont have full amount with me now. banks like ADCB, RAK, SCB and NBQ has made complaint against me at the immigration. what is the finding out? i had mail to the banks but no reply i recieve yet. i think bank need filthy lucre and i will pay slowly

Answer: Unfortunately there is no way to get the banks to disclaim their complaints,unless you settle your dues fully.In your own interest,you would be well advised to arrange for the repayment by seeking the advise of your friends and relatives
Failure to repay fully will likely affect your future.Also,please don't down.Good Luck.
