How Do We Find There Is Ban Exists After Cancellation Of UAE Employment Visa? Any Online Facility Is There?

I am an Indian worked in Dubai last year and canceled visa due to some particular matters. When I traveled back to India I was informed that after 6 months I can come back to UAE by an Officer. Now a flock started processing my visa but informed me that I have still ban with UAE labour. How do I know about the ban period. Any online system or contacts are available?

Answer: If there will be any ban it will be written on your passport. well as per my insight 6 months ban is automatic after cancellation means you can't go for employment visa for 6 months but you can acquire a win back on visit visa on second day itself.

but if you have money and there is any company who can sponsor you you can remove the ban and it will cost you around 2000 to 3000 (not stable about the exact amount) but it can be remove as I done this last June after cancellation. but my company pay for the charges so I am not aware about it

Visa Ban In UAE After 6 Months Automatic Cancellation If Dont Come Back After Leave?

Is there any ban for a man whose visa got cancelled automatically because of not reentering to UAE after the leave vacation .I am working in Spontaneous Zone.And i have completed one year service.since the company is very worse in reputation and concern of very low income i am planning to leave for vacation and planning not to come back.will this affect my expected entrance to UAE in anyways..?Is it possible to cancel the visa in India itself?

Answer: No you will be good, just apply for a new one when you need it.

How Many Months Ban In UAE If I Go By Exit Without Completing 1 Year Under 3 Years Contract?

Hello friends,
Presenlty working in Abudhabi for 11 months under 3 years contracts in a construction crowd.
Our company starts to terminate new comers due to financial crisis in company. Let me have knowledge of if go by exit to India,When i can return to UAE for employment. or how many months i will get ban?

Answer: If you destitution to transfer sponsorship to a new employer (after 12 months), you will need to negotiate with your boss and/or the MoL. If not, a one year work ban will apply.

It is possible that MoL won't impose a labour ban on you after being terminated for fiscal reasons because it's not your fault not completing your contract. Some companies in this situation may also keep employees on their sponsorship to give them more lifetime to find a new job.

How I Will Check That I Have Immigration & For How Long Of Uae, Bcz My Employer Told Me That They Put A Ban.?

I insufficiency to know that what the rule of immigration ban of uae, how & where i will check about this. Bcz i resigned from my job within a month & my employer told me that they banned me for 1 year, i requirement to check about this, Please provide me the appropriate information.

Answer: Your head is not able to ban you. The six months ban is imposed by the Labour Department and the one year ban by the Immigration Reckon on in case you breaced the Law.

For sure you have a six months ban. Means, you still can obtain a visit visa and you also can take job with a company located in the Freezone.

In case a one year ban was imposed, you will not able to begin the UAE until the ban expired.

If You Do Not Have A Criminal Ban For UAE But You Want To Be Certain You Can Get Visa @airport How To Verify?

If one is out of UAE for several years and there is no unlawful ban or record against you in UAE or elsewhere but someone alleges (who is not in government) that you have a block how can you verify and check with authorities that you can get a visa at the airport in UAE with a USA passport? What workings in UAE would be able to give you some sort of reassurance in writing?

Answer: If you don't have a illicit record, no debts left behind you, never got deported and never be diagnosed with any contagious/deportable blight, there is no reason why you should be blacklisted.
You are not blacklisted but entry will be denied if you bear an Israeli trample in your passport or belong to any terror group.

I never heard about any agency providing a piece that you are able to receive a visa up on arrival. That's just the rule.
