How To Get An Islamic Banking/finance Job In Dubai/UAE/Saudi Arabia?

I am 34 year old Pakistani with MBA in (Banking & Wealth) & International Marketing Plus one year PGD in Islamic Banking & Finance. I have over 12 years of travail experience with 4 years in Islamic Banking. I am looking for a job in a well reputed Islamic Banking/financial origination.
Please advise me regarding how to find the best job? what would be the cost of living with a family (wife, 2 sons below 5 years and my maw)? what should be considered a good salary package?
Answer: People predominantly come on a visit visa to UAE and then distribute their CVs to the organisations they are interested in. They are lucky if they get a rejoin within the period of their stay in UAE. Otherwise, companies call people from their home countries and provide visas.
I have been living in UAE for the one-time 9 years. There are many Islamic banks in UAE and the demand is huge. However, the conditions are difficult as the rents of flats have increased a lot and people are verdict it difficult to keep their families in UAE. Best of luck to you.

if so what's the employment enviorment and culture like? would it be worthwhile to leave a current permanent bank job to be with full time with Merrill if offered the job opportunity ?
Answer: I did not labour there but I heard that all who go to that bank never leave. Most employees are very happy with the pay, facilities & environment.

I am from India, i got a job in a bank in UAE in April 2008 with profession visa sponsored by the bank.due to personal reason i had resigned the job in 15 days and was back to India in April iteself.There is a cessation stamp in my passport.i wanted to know whether that is a ban for 1 year or 6 months and whether the ban automatically goes off. or i miss to pay any money to remove the ban if i apply for a new job.
Answer: Your passport got cancelled and so did your labor be honest. For cancellation of your labor card you have to sign the document of cancellation which states the duration of the ban.
Please take a look at the papers/copies you signed.
No pith what ban you got (I assume the one year ban), it will go off automatically.
