Answer: I always find that oil works better then ointment to get a quick tan. I use tanning oil with spf 4. Its not much protection at all but itll keep you from FRYING.
Another thing is you always tan more evenly and quicker almost or in water. If your whole body is underwater it will be harder for the UV rays to hit your skin but laying on a raft in the accumulate always works for me! Keep your skin wet too...water attracts the sun :)

I'm looking at studying in the Amalgamated Arab Emirates for university. I'm an American female who intends on coming back home ground after my studies, if that helps any. I've looked at the American Universities of Dubai and Sharjah as well as Ajman University of Skill and Technology.
Does anyone know anything about higher education in the UAE? If so, I'd appreciate it. I'm mostly interested in living in other countries skin of Dubai but Dubai is fine too.
Answer: I only plug u the American University in Sharjah ( I am studying there), cause it is a branch of AU in Washington. But AUD is not a subsidiary. Also, u need to consider the major u r going to study. For engineering I definitely favour AUS cause it has the ABET certification, AUD doesnt but for business and finance I ll say AUD is better. My opinion taking about Ajman, when students go through probation or kicked out of the uni the usually transfer to Ajman...

i was married in India, my affiliation certificate has gone to india to be attested from foreign ministry, UAE embassy. Do i still penury to get a ministry of foreign affairs approval and authorization here in Dubai/ Sharjah. Do we trouble to get it attested twice, once in home country and then in UAE and also get it attested from consulate general of India in dubai.
What a foxy procedure, are there no better shortcuts?
