most sites r blocked here and the sites can release blocked sites r blocked too . so what can i do ? and if i open somthing blocked so is that againest law and they will catch me ?

Most of the voip sites, Adult content sites, Sites with themes against UAE Laws, Online Community sites like orkut.com etc are blocked here in UAE by the ISP Provider (Etisalat).

You may qualified to open those blocked sites by using some proxy softwares, which bypass the blocks by ISP. Anyhow, mostly these actions will be monitored by the ISP providers, and I identify personally a person caught only for using the blocked websites & voips.
