Answer: No I don't cognizant of any free alternative that has not been blocked or is too slow to be useful. My suggestion to you is to spend about 35 Dirham a month and get yourself a offensive vpn that works all the time. Also works with video and is fast enough for meaningful downloads.

Now Flickr.com has been blocked in the UAE again I either desperate straits to find another solution to unblock it, or I need to contact Flickr to try to get their support in solving this consequence.
Answer: Hi! I am in the painstaking same boat as you - don't we have great Internet providers?!
http://www.du.ae/en/internet-access-mana gement go there and on part b), were it says this practice, click it and fill it in.
I had been using the Firefox add-on 'Access Flickr' but that doesn't work anymore D:
A way I can judgement pictures and things, but it doesn't allow you to log in, is to use http://babelfish.yahoo.com/ It is a translator, but if you put the Flickr call out you want to view in the 'Translate a web page' part, and you can view it
I think the only way you can truly use Flickr is with a express line with Internet City, I think.
