The Burj Dubai In The UAE Has Approximentaly 30,000 Windows. How Much Silver Is Used To Shield Windows?

In Dubai .. The Burj dubai is now the largest construction in the world. I know for a fact that there is approximentely a window coverage of 17 football fields. Which is peer to about 93,000 sq meters. Assuming the windows are nano coated in silver and the thickness of silvery was 0.3 micron (um). what is the total amount of silver used to shield the windows.

Answer: A lot fewer than there were structure the Great Wall of China or the Taj Mahal.

Deaths happen, and especially when construction such complex architectural structures.

... in cnn.com, the officials in UAE said they're negotiating with the workers and will reach a beneficent deal. Now, if you read the version of the Jazeera, you will find that the UAE will fire all the workers who made the strike and will imprison the workers who made damages... that's ok.. BUT, they will also fire the workers who made a calm strike at the airport. The workers only wanted a better pay, and a better "person"treatment!! But it seems this is too much for the UAE to tolerate.

Answer: Arabs, specially those living in the Gulf states, are notorious for treating their foreign workers worse than animals. This is such trite knowledge that my nanny, a filipino lady (who by the way is a great cook :)), told me that in the Philippines, before a tradesman is sent over to work in Middle Eastern countries like Saudi Arabia, they are dedicated a 3 month crash course on the culture, the lifestyle, what to expect, lots of disclaimers, a lot of "how to foster yourself from Arabs" kind of pep talks and what to expect from the bigotist society that believes tramontane workers are less than human and permissable to be treated like trash.

Would You Like To Visit The Burj Khalifa?

Burj Khalifa is now the Overjoyed's tallest building.
It was named after Sheik Khalifa who is like the President of the UAE. They precisely re-named the building after him. Burj Khalifa is 2,717 ft tall.

Answer: I've been short of to visit the UAE for a few years now. Now that the Burj Khalifa is completed it just makes me want to by that much more.

What Plate Is The Burj Khalifa Located On? Is It The Arabian Plate?

Hi. Does anyone discern which plate the Burj Khalifa (which is in Dubai, UAE) is located in? I think it is the Arabian Plate, but I am not 100% certain. If anyone knows the answer, please answer this question.
