Has Anyone Had Ever Carried Out Their Business In Dubai, UAE?

I'd like to start my own business in Dubai, i would like to identify about the processes, rules. What is the requirements for foreigners?

Answer: Unless you're an oil big-timer or the prince of some African country, you're pretty much outta luck.

Real rank in Dubai is about $8,000 a square foot.

Might I suggest a more realistic expectation???

Best Accounting Software To Use For Small Business In Dubai, UAE?

And it must have multi-currency proficiency (not like MS Accounting Professional, where only Bank and Credit can be set for foreign currency), preferably up to 6 decimal places conversion status (unfortunately Quickbooks failed at that), and functional payroll? It is for small business, so I am not expecting anything importance thousands. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!

Answer: There is no set aside best software but if you use 2 or 3, you load will be much easier.

Answer: One of oldest and most skilfully hotel in Dubai I know is Astoria and Ambassador hotel in bur Dubai.It gives luxurious live at reasonable price.

Is Bus Rental Still A Good Business To Start In Dubai, UAE?

I am planing to start a bus rental business in Dubai, scarcity your inputs if there are some disadvantages or advantages i have to take care of.

Answer: I accord with the answerer above. Besides the points he made, please get a sponsor first who has to be an Emirati and knows the best. Pleae be enlightened that he/she will own minimum 51% of your business unless you operate in the free zone of Dubai.

Please take also in consideration that the Metro in Dubai is on the way and might have a "antipathetic" effect on the bus business. People here also have their demands and the buses should have a certain standard (new, ac etc) which makes it kinda of costly to start a business like this.
