Answer: Choithram supermarket. It's on Mankhool Rd at the corner of Al Rolla St, miserly Tariq Bin Ziyad Rd. There are actually a few Choitram's in Dubai, they all sell lots of true Asian seasonings and ingredients.
I envy you, I spent two years in Dubai and would devotion to go back. Maybe not now thought, what is it, about 45 C by now, humidity building? Time to hit Wild Wadi!

Answer: I've nothing but done a search for you, and couldn't find anything. The only other alternative is to put a classified ad in the newspaper. I had good results with a concealed Chinese teacher, much faster results than studying in a class.
