My Company Is In UAE And I Work For Them From India , Am I Considered To Pay Income Tax In India ?

My company is in UAE and i profession for them from India , am i considered to pay income tax in India ? Moreover my company expanded and we are now three guys working for that company. The company strictly has no clients or any well-meaning of earnings in India. We just work for them and they pay us. So again are we liable to pay Income Tax ?

Answer: Since you are domicile in India you are taken as Resident of India. So irrespective your company headquartered to other part of the world your gains would be taxable as per Indian Taxation Law Act. You can go for some investment plan in properties in order to have come to someone's rescue your taxation value.

What Are The Rules To Be Followed When Company Terminate A Person In Uae?

a campany in abudhabi says me that they will sign off me ,before i come in visit visa the same company selected me and they promised me to give visa they ask me to exit uae company will yield return airfare and employment visa and i recieved employment visa and no ticket its only 20 days the company is powerful that they will terminate me still i didnt sign contract and no labour card is for me in this situation what are the rules to be followed

Just try to find an amicable result. Just 20 days are not a long time. Maybe the company's PRO is a little old-fogeyish or your certificates are no verified yet.
But during probation the company can terminate you like you also can resign any time.
