Also I am currently a probationary wage-earner for 90 days, but I already got a residence VISA. will I get a ban if I resigned after that period? THANKS

Answer: Your suspicion on a under discussion is little confusing. If you are residing in UAE on a work/residence visa then you will not get another visa register you cancelled the existing one. Your employer can purposely put 6 months ban at the time of visa termination if your residence visa category is "draughtsman". You can clever to change your profession to engineer if the supporting certificates are attested and your sponsor is up to do that.

If you are on visit visa then doesn't matter your current employer can't able to do anything against you.

i would ike to get a engineering level but unfortunately i don't have pre degree in science or maths i have commercee pre degree now i am working as a draghtsman in uae i also have draughtsman (polite)2 year diploma from centrel govt.of india, whwre i can dothe position?

Answer: The only matter I have is a high school diploma and I'm getting a bachelor's of science in Biomedical Engineering. Objective apply to any college undergraduate program. You can get an associate's degree or a bachelor's extent, but no graduate degrees such as a master's or doctorate.
