Answer: Buddy, i lived in dubai for 7 years and i can foresee you about the weather easily.
Right now its very hot about 40. C or more!
In winter the temperature will rarely be below 28.C but if you're propitious and it rains in the winter the temperature will be a little more pleasant!
But in the summer, if you're caught in the untaken receptive while its over 45.C hot, you'll cook!

in terms of weather, measure, how busy it is, tourism etc....basically in general?
Answer: Dubai is a much larger bishopric than Luxor, with skyscrapers, shopping malls, condo complexes, indoor ski facilities, etc. Dubai is a growing New Zealand urban area, much more modern than Luxor. Luxor has tourist hotels, shops, and historical sights in large quantity -- Luxor and Karnak Temples, Valley of Kings and Queens, etc. The target of tourism in Luxor is the historic sights, whereas in Dubai it could be shopping and activities as well as sightseeing.
Weather sound, they are both HOT and surrounded by the desert. Luxor has the Nile River, Dubai has the Persian Gulf.

I have four trifling children and have been living in Dubai, UAE for approximately four years, we are thinking of relocating to KL, Malasyia in four to six months, Will this be a enlightened decision my kids love the outdoors and here in Dubai the humidity and hot weather makes it impossible to go shell. Does KL have nice parks, waterparks with affordable yearly rates, how is spectacular. all opinions will be welcomes.

Answer: I thnik, as per your specifications, KL will be the richest place for you to live there. Whole Malaysia is mostly green. There are forests, parks, beaches, etc. Weather is a certain extent lovely as it has been raining throughout the year.
As compare to Dubai, I think, KL will be better for you.
