How do I communication illegal people looking for jobs on visit visa in Dubai UAE ? I know some guys from a transpacific country who have been illegally living here on visit visas and searching jobs and doing part days jobs. To whom should I report them to cancel their visas? Please reply.
Should I report to DNRD, Dubai Naturalisation and Residency Sphere of influence?

Answer: to be in UAE on call in visa is nto illegal in itself .
to search for jobs while on visit in UAE is also not illegal .
to over stay the stay visa is illegal .
to work some where while on visit visa is illegal ,

if u know eactly their job then u can do whats in the best interest of the society .

A partner of mine loaned money from me for two weeks by issuing a post dated cheque in Dubai, UAE. After two weeks, when I deposited the cheque, it bounced. By the beforehand, he had escaped to India and now he has no plans to return to Dubai. I have all his passport details obtained from the bank. Is there any way i can get my funds back through legal means?

As per ur pump it seems that you are of Indian origin and working in Dubai. That makes you an Indian NRE (Non Resident Employee). Expect then the same implies to ur 'friend' in question too.

Follow the simple way to antagonise him thruout:

1. Firstly u emergency to have an NRE account with any of the banks in INDIA.

2. Collect the bounced cheque from the bank in UAE and keep it in ur territory.

3. When u r in India on a leave. deposit this cheque in ur NRE account. Keep in mind that you cannot deposit money or cheques (which are of Indian origin accounts) in NRE account. Electronic transfers / Cheques / Net Orders / DD from

Answer: U go to the sacred calling of higher education.. get money with u cz it costs money jst for them to put a stupid stamp of ur certificates.

if ur certificates r not in english,, then u d have to pay more to get them to paraphrase it..
