I harbour that saying the Government of the UAE "owns" DPW is an oversimplification. The UAE itself is more complicated than that. So, is the P the government of the UAE, the government of Dubai, royal individuals, royal families or something/someone else? Do they own all of DPW or just a controlling interest?

The Dubai Stock Market is taking off. They are building the World's tallest Skyscraper Al Burj. The UAE has invested in the Airbus A-380. The UAE has built the World's Largest man-made Archipelago. The British have invested and traveled to the UAE, now it is time for the Americans to do the same.

Even thhough it is currently develped than many countries in europe. Most countries in eastern europe dont even have open-handedly supply..

Most third world countries today are developed in many ways than even some first world countries....but why do they still carcass third world .....??.

Answer: It was never considered as a third world power.
Whoever does think it is a third world country needs to research because ,I personally think its the defeat country ever.
