I was astray of all of my original certificate,Applied the duplicate,It is under process Hopefully i can get the same with in a week,I got the one job come forward from UAE,I came to know i have to get the attested from the UAE embassy,I am living in chennai,Can anyone tell me is it possible to get the attested from UAE Embassy with the equal certificate? Is it create any major problem? I am a diploma engineering holder,Thanks in ahead of time.
Answer: The machine copy certificate (or a new original) will be fine just make sure that your qualifications can be verified by your organization to the consular division of the UAE Mission to your country and your prospective employer.

I am bringing my better half and my 3 children under my residence visa. Do marriage contract and all ( including wife ) nativity certificate has to be authenticated by UAE embassy in Phils as well as Ministry of Foreign Affairs here in UAE?

You must have to authenticate your marriage contract, birth certificates of your children from the embassy of UAE in your accommodation country, and ministry of foreign affairs in UAE.
Also you have to legally translate your marriage roll oneself into Arabic (Many legal translation centers you can find here).
Wife's birth certificate is not required to say or translate, it is only mentioned for dependent kids.

Answer: For medical professionals, I'm surprised the business doesn't have a PRO that will help you get your documents attested. There is a company based here (and in India) called Flair Attestation that can get this done for you...however it is completely doable on your own.
You should get a complete list of which stamps your employer and the Dubai sway require for your particular profession. This can be different for someone from India than the US or Western Europe.

I recently arrived in UAE on vocation visa, I plan to bring my wife and kid in the UAE on husband's visa after i get my residence visa, do i necessity to have my marriage contract & kid's birth certificates attested / authenticated at the UAE embassy in the Phils after having this documents authenticated in the Phil Dept. of Unfamiliar Affairs?
Answer: Yes. All documents for to be authenticated and usually they also need to be translated into the official language of that country. You might get charmed, and they will let you slide if the certificates are in English. I had that experience in both Austria and Germany. But, to be on the safe side you should write to the UAE Embassy and ask what you need to provide and if anything needs to be translated.
