I am a sri lankan and amenable to go to UAE for a job. I had an offer from a company and verbaly accepted it. Now they have applied for employment visa for me and still it is processing. Now I scarcity to cancel this because I got a better offer from another company. How can I do this?
Answer: I hesitate they will process a visa without a signed contract. maybe they just said that. They will not go to all that ruffle with paper work unless they have a signed contract. Even if it was just a verbal answer from you, it is not enough to make it legally binding.

I am an Indian worked in Dubai last year and canceled visa due to some close matters. When I traveled back to India I was informed that after 6 months I can come back to UAE by an Officer. Now a assemblage started processing my visa but informed me that I have still ban with UAE labour. How do I know about the ban period. Any online Nautical head or contacts are available?
Answer: If there will be any ban it will be written on your passport. well as per my erudition 6 months ban is automatic after cancellation means you can't go for employment visa for 6 months but you can come back on stop in visa on second day itself.
but if you have money and there is any company who can sponsor you you can remove the ban and it will cost you around 2000 to 3000 (not steady about the exact amount) but it can be remove as I done this last June after cancellation. but my company pay for the charges so I am not aware about it
