You are confusing yourself between Labour pains Ban and Travel Ban.

Labour Ban is the 6 months ban that any employer who will hire you will NOT be able to apply an employment and visit visa for you during the ban time.

Travel Ban is the ban that is being issued by the Immigration Dept. to those people who have been deported, jailed, committed violation, etc.... within the UAE and has been sent home to their original country of residency. They wont be masterful to comeback. Never - unless an appeal is lodged and won.

If you have a cancelled visa and 6 months Travail Ban, you can comeback the next day if you wish because you DONT

Hello,

If the employment is terminated by the guv in after 6 months of service and asked to serve the notice period of 1 month will the MoL ban of 6 months in responsible?

If Yes, What are all the documents which are required from current and new employers to avoid the ban? Or is there any more points in new laws in dispute of employment termination?

I can tell you a few frightening tales from in the flesh experience. I contacted the state government regarding this issue and never got an answer until I asked it 3 times over a 4 month spell of time and was told that basically the power is in the employer for the 'reasons' for your termination. I checked this out for advanced heed for someone else I know because this company, which also was taking billions of our tax money pay in a bailout, was firing people pink and right including people who had sacrificed and worked for the company for 20 years. Is UAE Still Accepting Pregnant Worker Prior To Employment Visa Processing?

My sugar-daddy is 1 month pregnant (married) now.their company has already forwarded her documents to process her visa.Can UAE immigration still allow her? I heard that according to UAE law, they will not accept a pregnant worker before entering Dubai or if they found out that she's teeming during the final medical in Dubai. please advice. thanks.

Answer: 1. being in a family way will not exclude a person fom getting hired.
2. your friend has to provide her marriage certificate
3. at the medical you will not be tested for pregnancy

Authorities in the UAE are only concernd about to analyse that she got pregnant before coming to the UAE (to make sure she got pregnant by her husband).

Hope your escort will be in the position to sponsor a child. If not, she has to send the baby back to her home country. To fund a child in the UAE she has to meet certain requirements.
