How To Get An Islamic Banking/finance Job In Dubai/UAE/Saudi Arabia?

I am 34 year old Pakistani with MBA in (Banking & Finance) & Worldwide Marketing Plus one year PGD in Islamic Banking & Finance. I have over 12 years of trade experience with 4 years in Islamic Banking. I am looking for a job in a well reputed Islamic Banking/pecuniary institution.

Please advise me regarding how to find the best job? what would be the cost of living with a family (helpmate, 2 sons below 5 years and my mother)? what should be considered a good salary

Answer: People all things considered come on a visit visa to UAE and then distribute their CVs to the organisations they are interested in. They are lucky if they get a retort within the period of their stay in UAE. Otherwise, companies call people from their home countries and provide visas.

I have been living in UAE for the erstwhile 9 years. There are many Islamic banks in UAE and the demand is huge. However, the conditions are difficult as the rents of flats have increased a lot and people are conclusion it difficult to keep their families in UAE. Best of luck to you.

Jobs In UAE..............Accounts And Finance?

I am ACA from Pakistan and have been interviewed many times with Indian Managers , but never realized that genuinely have interviewed for the leaning and never ever asked any technical Question. Just tried to wrap up interview in minuscule duration? Should I assume they are biased because of Pakistan and India Factor?

Answer: Affluent by your claims that Indians are NIL in IFRS, how could they have asked you a question and then evaluated your answer as either being normal or not ?

So, by your own submission, they cannot ask you anything to explore your blissful ignorance. In my experience in the UAE, people from both nationalities coexist peacefully and have stall their mutual hatred long ago. There are no material advantages of being clannish in a third country that does not be affiliated to either of us.

If you are biased by your previous experiences you may then wish to enquire about the "nationality" and therefore the associated "apprehension" before agreeing
