Hi , i am scribble literary works this on behalf for my friend. He has finished his 3 year visa ina Fze company, But company is forcing him to reconfirm his visa or else sign some contracts that he wont work for any other company in uae with same nature of toil for 2 years.
But now his grace period is finished and management saying let him sit in his accomodation and they are skilful to pay the fine. Their intention is to make him sit in room without work, and no salary and nothing. and also
Answer: That's maddened. Why doesn't your friend just sign the none competition clause? It's a common part of a engage. If he doesn't want to sign it, he should resign.

Answer: During the probation term, both the employer and the employee may terminate the employment contract with immediate effect without providing a valid apology or notice.

I have recently got an proposal from a company in Hamriyah FZE, Sharjah. My employment visa is being arranged from Dubai (the troop have branch in Dubai also). I will be staying in Sharjah. I am an Indian so my driving license is not valid in UAE.
My ask:
1. With Dubai employment visa, shall I have to get driving lessons as well as license from Dubai or I can get the same from Sharjah also?
2. With Dubai occupation visa, shall I have to purchase car/ do registration from Dubai
Answer: I have be familiar with with those kind of hassles:
1) As getting a driving licence is a must you should better go to one of the driving schools in Dubai, Dubai Driving Votaries is very good and you dont have to wait for a long on waiting list.
