I am a remaining here in UAE and my German fiance is living in spain. We wanted to get married in UAE, hence, we would be glad to receive some feedback for the concern of the visa after marriage. Which embassy he will submit our marriage certificate to spain where we glowing or to German embassy itself as he is a german. Thank you.
Answer: You do not require to get married in UAE. Forget that idea immediately. Make other plans.

I have a german wench working with me in Abu Dhabi. Her Dubai visa got cancelled and I started working on her visa here. In the mingy time she went on vacation and came back on a visit visa. Here comes the puzzle. She will not get a visa for Abu Dhabi cause her passport is valid only for 4 months instead of 6. The german Embassy will not big problem a new passort because she has no residence (only visit visa). Her home country is not responsible for her, grounds she has no residence there either.
Answer: I fantasize you should bring the problem to the Ambassador and see what solutions he can offer regarding this situation. I can't take it why they can't renew it as those things are done at the Embassies. Tell them she needs it done so she can come again at another time, and that the passpost has to be valid in class to get the visa. Answer: There are only so many options: If the Embassy of Germany in UAE will not outgoing her a new passport in-country (which is difficult to believe, but I trust you have exhausted that possibility and they have offered no correct solutions), it is unlikely any other country's Embassy of Germany would do otherwise, so her only recourse is to apply within Germany.
