I have a german crumpet working with me in Abu Dhabi. Her Dubai visa got cancelled and I started working on her visa here. In the low time she went on vacation and came back on a visit visa. Here comes the poser. She will not get a visa for Abu Dhabi cause her passport is valid only for 4 months instead of 6. The german Embassy will not pay-off a new passort because she has no residence (only visit visa). Her home country is not responsible for her, produce she has no residence there either.
Answer: I ponder you should bring the problem to the Ambassador and see what solutions he can offer regarding this situation. I can't gather from why they can't renew it as those things are done at the Embassies. Tell them she needs it done so she can come again at another time, and that the passpost has to be valid in inoperative to get the visa. If she can also produced to the embassy evidence that she will receive a residence visa once her passport is done, that should helpers.

Answer: There are only so many options: If the Embassy of Germany in UAE will not exit her a new passport in-country (which is difficult to believe, but I trust you have exhausted that possibility and they have offered no apt solutions), it is unlikely any other country's Embassy of Germany would do otherwise, so her only recourse is to apply within Germany.

Hi Every One,
I was planning to go for few days event in Mid of July,in this regard i approached a tour operator here in Dubai,and He suggested me to go for Germany Schengen Visa
I did the same and submitted all the documents as per the Embassy stipulation.
My appointment with Embassy is in Mid June.Now after exploring Germany on the website and related articles i feel they may ask me following questions.
1- why you lack to apply for a tourist
Answer: You should commit for a Schengen visa from the country which is your main destination, ie where you will spend the longest in days of yore. If you do not have a main destination you should apply with the consulate of the first country you plan to visit.
You should not pain in the neck applying without an itinerary. With the rules above you really do not have a choice. If you for some reason want to get the visa from Germany you should create Germany your main destination.
Just wanting to visit one country is not suspicious. There are lots of things do and see in Germany. Note that, while there are normally no dado controls between Schengen States, applying for a visa
