Can Fee Be Paid To Recruiter?

Hi all,

I am from India and I have been asked by a recruiter (gulfjobseeker.com) to pay AED 500 for Preparing Covering Letter+Distributing the same to UAE Employers + Recruiters, as a part of my job search in UAE, and have asked me to transfer the same to their HDFC account,mumbai,india.

I bear in mind reading that the recruiter should not charge any thing to the consultants,who approach them. So i am little bit flustered if i can proceed or not. Please guide me for

Answer: You are mixing apples with oranges. Jobseeker isn't a recruiter. GBS is a Indian circle offering service like cv writing, etc. If you use their service, you have to pay. Didn't you read their terms and conditions? I unbiased did. GBS also very clearly states not being responsible for you receiving any job interviews and your money isn't refundable.
