This whole "headhunter" sector is a stiff one. There are thousands out there advertising the same position. You can email CV's and great coverletters for monthes and never recieve anyform of reaction. And whats worse is "Headhunters" advertise "Posible vacancies" which gets the applicants hopes up. Are there any "Headhunters" out there that are acutally approachable and will sit down with you to debate a position? Its very frustrating, and though I understand

As mostly in the Gulf, people are thinking last minute. Sustainable and unceasing development is not the strength of most people living and working here. If you can make a quick profit, you do it. If it takes a bit longer, people will show much less interest.
