Any One Have Any Tips On "Headhunters" In Dubai UAE?

This whole "headhunter" sector is a stiff one. There are thousands out there advertising the same position. You can email CV's and great coverletters for monthes and never recieve anyform of reaction. And whats worse is "Headhunters" advertise "Posible vacancies" which gets the applicants hopes up. Are there any "Headhunters" out there that are acutally approachable and will sit down with you to debate a position? Its very frustrating, and though I understand

foxy question. As you mentioned, the whole headhunter sector is pretty tough and most of them just pauperism to fill a vacancy once it is available. As mostly in the Gulf, people are thinking last minute. Sustainable and unceasing development is not the strength of most people living and working here. If you can make a quick profit, you do it. If it takes a bit longer, people will show much less interest.

I was headhunted from Europe by the provincial branch of an international headhunter and they had a position for a specialist which needed being filled instantly. Ever since I arrived here, I signed up with further headhunters, giving them access to my

What Are These Headhunters?

I don't read how these headhunters operate in the UAE area and what is the level of their expertise in assessing a respective candidate for a unequivocal field. Further you can see one vacancy on several headhunters site.
Additionally the jobs that I saw 6 months ago for example in the troll or the efinancialcareers site is still available and is being refreshed continuously by the change of the date. I don't see the vacuousness being filled in and the job removed from the site.

Im looking to get a job in Dubai, UAE as a purchaser, fashion, merchandising, retail basically. Does anyone know of any headhunters? Not the agencies that shore jobs on their sites.

The worst is still far from over in Dubai with astronomical residential projects piecemeal and money equivalent to be returned to the residential investors who have or are already on the brink of lossing their tiring earned incomes. Lot was lost in terms of employment and hard earned assets of Dubai employees who were either shown the door or were incapacitated to compensate their loans. The laying off of employees still continues as of date, though a new law will be put into effect in 2011.
