Answer: yes she can but i would rather get a job in a infantryman hospital because it would be better. but my niece works in the goverment administration in washington and she went for her nursing order. but she loves it and she is now taking some on line classes so to help her. when she went she thought maybe they would present her a job as a nurse there but they made her a better offer. she can go any where and get a good job. but in some towns there are only goverment facilities and she can calling on base as well.
