and i have PAKISTANI nationality

am solder together on 10/12/2006..all ready resign the job(1 month notice) but as per company said desideratum to work more 15 days more(waiting for new staff)as per new company is not agree.so wat is the forensic uae law...

Answer: Please go by the trade contract made with MoL. If there isn't mention any different, regarding UAE Law the resigning period is 30 days. But compel sure that nothing different in stated in your contract.

When Can I Apply For A New Job Visa In UAE Still Without Cancel My Old Visa.?

I was working as a Hackney driver with Abu Dhabi national hotel(Al Ghazal) from 6/07/2005.Due to family problems I came on 16/04/2007an pinch leave for 13 days.After that I never get a chance to go back and continue my work till.I try to communicate my situations through fax messages and phone calls to the company but they never responded to me.During this period I completed my MBA (Dope Technology)
from India.Now I am looking for good opportunities to be in UAE than what duty I did before.Can

Answer: Bro. if you hand in April 2007, your UAE visa must have been cancelled automatically as you were outside the country for more than 6 months. But I advance to contact ADNH Office or your former colleagues in the company who will eventually establish contacts in HR Dept and ask for the station of your old visa - if you were reported as absconder. Besides, you will need NOC from ADNH to transfer to another employer. I also worked for ADNH and it is consistent that nobody dares to pickup the phone or respond to emails / fax messages - they are typical oversight employees!!!

I am 35 yrs old married with twins living in the UAE for more than 10 yrs but so far I am not able to find a suitable job possibly in any field. Also i have some qualifications towards travel and torism as well as hotel management. If anyone can relieve me with a decent job I am ever thankful.
