Will A Hsbc Dubai Defaulter's Family Face Prison On Entering Uae ?

I had HSBC primordial card (for myself) and supplementary credit card (for my wife but she never used her card) entirely worth 100,000 dirhams with hsbc, dubai. i paid minimum payments promptly for two extensive years. my salary was 25,000 dirhams per month. when my company was suddenly closed, i was calculated to leave uae with family and reached malaysia, my hometown. After 6 months, I received e mail from hsbc collections section asking me to contact them immediately. I also got a job in Egypt.

My Friend Wants To Know If Her Name In Blacklist.she Was In Dubai (UAE)?

My flatmate wants to know if her name blacklisted. When she left from Dubai (UAE) she had two credit cards from HSBC and City bank. She had to cut out because of emergency reason. She wants to come back and she wants to pay back all the credits before entering to Dubai. How can I restrain if her name in Blacklist and can I check from internet or there is any government office to contact?Please kindly helper me to find it.

They will help you to balance it and if you have lempsum amout with you they might give some discount as well.Once you paid teh outstanding it so easy to remove all ban and clouded list if any.

There is nothing to woryy more if you have money with you and its better for her to travel after settle with the bank and dont neglect doing to get the clearance letter from them for the both cards

Am I Blacklisted In Dubai?

i was working in dubai for 10 years last month i came on vacation but i was unfit to join the company on time so that my company has blacklisted me. now i can't even visit uae. as i was living in uae for eat one's heart out time i have some committments with the banks there. are banks also will blacklisted me?
moreover if i want to go to any other gcc country will it accomplishable for me or i will be blacklisted for all gcc countries.
if i visited to other GCC country can banks take

Answer: You can ask a trusted angel to bring your passport copy and check with immigration office personally. They will verify in the system and should be able to give the answer that you need.

Regarding banks, as long as you have standing instructions for punctual payments, it should not be a problem. Problem will start if you have defaulted for 3 consecutive months as banks and other fiscal institutions will seek legal action and thus can get the immigration officials and police after you.
