How To Cancel Uae Employment Visa?

I got an work visa for uae through my employer. But now I don't want to join the company.
1) Is it required to cancel visa, since i have nt travelled to uae?
2 ) If yes, How to do away with neutralize the visa?
3) If the company refuses to cancel, will there be any problem while applying for future uae jobs?

Please recommend me on this regard.

Answer: The "Notes" in the Entr Permit Sheet is self explanatory.
Note No.1 States that the Validity of Permit: 60 Days from antiquated of issue. (So the entry permit holder must enter the country within 60 days from the swain of issue of permit)

Note No.2 Duration of Stay: 30 Days from the phase of Entry. (The person will be legally allowed to stay here in the country for 30 days from the lover of entry).

Means, the received employment entry permit will expire after 2 months automatically and doesn't shortage to be cancelled. In within this period you will not be able to obtain any kind of visa to enter the UAE.

Answer: Take to your question is YES.... it is illegal.

Moreover - it is illegal to work in the UAE under Visit Visa.
It is illicit to work in the UAE other than the company who provided you with the employment visa.
It is illegal by law to be employed and line somewhere else.

By law - you dont have to pay the other employer if you want to change job. However, he has the right to get his expenses from you if you decided to adjust oneself to or discontinue your present contract pending completion. The employer can chaarge you as well all the expenses and tickets and other investment incurred in bringing you to the UAE if you undisputed to resign during the duration
