Why Is Job Discrimination A Normal Practice In UAE?
Question by phile | Posted in United Arab Emirates
Even Employment Opportunity does not exist in UAE. There is absolute employment discrimination based on applicants’ breed, color, religion, sex, or national origin. Job discrimination can be clearly seen in Job adverts released by illustrious UAE news papers and recruitment agencies. Most sucking is the fact the, the UAE media on time condone such discrimination. Common words used in job adverts includes “Indian”, “Pakistanis”, “Filipino”, “Kenyan”, “British/American” etc. Why
Answer: The first guy Tin has tried very impervious to "transfer" the blame. He also says that allowing a particular MO = 'modus operandi' to thrive is not "condoning" it.
The second person has tried to bemuse you by coming up with her own definitions of "discrimination", at times mixing it with insolvency of another country (rather than talk about the exploitation of that poverty), bringing up "religion" and how the humanist non-spiritual media of the world are always bashing up "Islam", but has unequivocally admitted that it exists and is also "Even-handed". So, she does "condone" it.
