What R the space after doing BE(HONS) Electronic & Instrumentation frm BITS Dubai Campus and becoming fellow of iEEE? What salary package's after doing BE with 8 months work experience can I imagine in UAE , USA and INDIA. What abt internships? And how is Dubai Knowledge Village ? What is the internet speed in Dubai?

I am working in a official estate in dubai uae under unlimited contract . I am working here for about a year now. I got a better submit in Dubai Knowledge Village which is a freezone. I file a resignation but my boss refused to sign it. He treatened me that I will be ban in UAE for 1 Year and I extremity to pay all the expenses for my visa. I have many questions I hope somebody can help me to get an answer.

1.Can I still give notice and join the freezone company?

Due to the truthfully that your labour contract is for an unlimited period and if you have completed the minimum period of work which is one continuous year, fixed by the labour law - then in this case you can give a month's notice, in accordance with Article No. 117 of the UAE Slave Law which considers such a period of notice obligatory for both the employee and the employer.

As for the issue of visa give and whether the sponsor has the right to refuse an NOC or not, then I would actually say that the Ministry of Labour grants the support the right whether to grant the employee such a certificate.
