As To New Amenment In UAE Labour Law, Whether A Person Under Unlimited Contract Can Lift Ban By Paying Money? |
According to the new amendement in UAE labour law 2008, Whether an staff member who have completed more than one year in a company with the nature of unlimited contract can lift the 6 month ban in box of the absence of NOC by paying fee. if so How much? What is the procedure?

| Answer: If you signed a meagre contract you have to fulfill the same. If working on an unlimited contract you can resign properly and switch jobs without receiving a ban. |
