According to the new amendement in UAE labour law 2008, Whether an staff member who have completed more than one year in a company with the nature of unlimited contract can lift the 6 month ban in victim of the absence of NOC by paying fee. if so How
The wage-earner must be paid the whole amount of fees based on the contract if he has no offenses and liability against the company.
