Is NOC A UAE Ministry Of Labour Requirement When Moving To A Diffrent Company?

Is NOC a precondition of Ministry of Labour in UAE? Or it depends with your new employer? Are there companies which doesn't require NOC before you start working with them? Or is this one of the requirements by Priesthood of Labour before they can grant me a new Working Visa?

i have an submit from dubai based company and they applied for my uae labour approval and they applied on 26th sept and hoe to date(2.5 weeks) no any response of approval can anyone tell me how much further time should be entranced????
im in jeddah.

According to the new amendement in UAE labour law 2008, Whether an worker who have completed more than one year in a company with the nature of unlimited contract can lift the 6 month ban in instance of the absence of NOC by paying fee. if so How much? What is the procedure?

Answer: The wage-earner must be paid the whole amount of fees based on the contract if he has no offenses and liability against the company.
