Medical Tests For Family In UAE To Get Resident Visa?

If I get the householder visa but in case my spouse is not able to clear the medical examination in UAE then what is the solution ? One can't shove off the job because of this... In this situation is there any provisions in UAE law so that my spouse and family can stay with me ?

Answer: If your spouse applies for a home visa as a house wife, she will only be tested for HIV. If she ever will start working and in case she will be sponsored by her cmpany, she also will be tested for TB. TB is the frightening part because people with a cured TB can be rejected, to depending on the result of the x-ray.

If this should be the case with your spouse, there is only one working: she has to stay under your sponsorship.

Otherwise it's like it was said already. Without passing the medical, no residence visa, deportation and a way of life time long ban. (In HIV cases)

I have applied for calling in hotel. I got the contract also.They told me to send the medical report for applying visa.I am an Indian and now I am working in u.a.e. I miss to do the medical here. I just want to know which hotel I have to take the medical check up. And what are the documents I have to produce.

If you are applying for a visa in Oman, I mention you inquire from their embassy if they have medical clinics accredited to do medical examination of those who will apply for woprk visa. If none, then I reckon you can have yourself examined by any hospital or clinic which is duily accredited or licensed to do medical examination in UAE
