Is NOC A UAE Ministry Of Labour Requirement When Moving To A Diffrent Company?

Is NOC a need of Ministry of Labour in UAE? Or it depends with your new employer? Are there companies which doesn't require NOC before you start working with them? Or is this one of the requirements by Ministry of Industry before they can grant me a new Working Visa?

HELP! Where Is The UAE Ministry Of Foreign Affairs In Dubai?

Hi,
I destitution to authenticate some documents by the UAE ministry of foreign affairs and they don't pick up the phone. Does any one have their apply oneself to or directions to where they are?

Answer: It is in the Fusing bank building on Al Maktoum street, in Deira - On the 7th Floor. It is the building vis- Etisalat and has a sportswear showroom in the ground floor.

How to reach

1. From Karama / Bur Dubai - Take bus multitude 5. Ask for the stop before Deira Taxi Stand / Metro. You will see a Qatar Airways branch , which is quite prominent. Walk to the end of the road in the direction of the traffic flow. The last structure on the right is the Union bank building.

2. If you are driving and manage to find parking, please put a ticket for 2 hours.

It is the funniest authority office I have been to.

What's The Attitude Of UAE Ministry Of Health Against Hepatitis B?

i got a changce to toil in dubai ,but i'm with hepatitis B,is that a ploblem while i taking a physical exam in UAE ?can i get the health use strategy act openly ?

Let me rephrase my riposte.

You won't get your residence permit in this case.My co-worker who didn't have Hepatitis when he first entered Dubai contracted Hepatitis. He himself was not sensitive of it until the renewal of his residence permit which required medical check-up including HBsAg. Upon detection, the Fitness Ministry requested for re-testing. When the results stayed positive, the company was given 30 days to send him out of the realm.

Where's The UAE Ministry Of Foreign Affairs In Dubai?

Some said it's in Deira... Others said it's relocated to Bur Dubai a while ago... Where is it faultlessly?

Answer: The Ministry of Exotic Affairs is in Bur Dubai in the Bastakiya area, near the Omani and Jordanian consulates.

Attestation Of Marriage Certificate For UAE?

i was married in India, my connection certificate has gone to india to be attested from foreign ministry, UAE embassy. Do i still need to get a ministry of overseas affairs approval and authorization here in Dubai/ Sharjah. Do we need to get it attested twice, once in emphasize country and then in UAE and also get it attested from consulate general of India in dubai.

What a tricky methodology, are there no better shortcuts?

Answer: No dearth to take the papers to foreign affairs here in the UAE, when they are attested by forein affairs in India and the UAE Embassy already.

You at most need to one thing: correct your typo or your wife will get mad because if you WAS married, you would not ask this question now:))
