Is NOC A UAE Ministry Of Labour Requirement When Moving To A Diffrent Company?

Is NOC a demand of Ministry of Labour in UAE? Or it depends with your new employer? Are there companies which doesn't require NOC before you start working with them? Or is this one of the requirements by Ministry of Workers before they can grant me a new Working Visa?

I am bringing my helpmeet and my 3 children under my residence visa. Do marriage contract and all ( including wife ) extraction certificate has to be authenticated by UAE embassy in Phils as well as Ministry of Foreign Affairs here in UAE?

Answer: Precious Jose,

You must have to authenticate your marriage contract, birth certificates of your children from the embassy of UAE in your accessible country, and ministry of foreign affairs in UAE.

Also you have to legally translate your marriage contract into Arabic (Many acceptable translation centers you can find here).

Wife's birth certificate is not required to attest or transubstantiate, it is only mentioned for dependent kids.

HELP! Where Is The UAE Ministry Of Foreign Affairs In Dubai?

Hi,
I shortage to authenticate some documents by the UAE ministry of foreign affairs and they don't pick up the phone. Does any one have their talk to or directions to where they are?

Answer: It is in the Circle bank building on Al Maktoum street, in Deira - On the 7th Floor. It is the building vis- Etisalat and has a sportswear showroom in the ground floor.

How to reach

1. From Karama / Bur Dubai - Take bus hundred 5. Ask for the stop before Deira Taxi Stand / Metro. You will see a Qatar Airways backing , which is quite prominent. Walk to the end of the road in the direction of the traffic flow. The last construction on the right is the Union bank building.

2. If you are driving and manage to find parking, please put a ticket for 2 hours.

It is the funniest regime office I have been to.

My new Eye dialect guv'nor ask me for the following:

Original degree certificate attested from Ministry of Foreign Affairs and UAE Embassy in the provinces where the certificate is issued.

What in the world does that mean?

Answer: Get your measure certificate ...and take it to the UAE consulate ...in the country the degree came from
they will verify its validity and attest to it .. they get lots of fakes

UAE ministry rejects shipment of infected sheep

Sultan Alwan, Mr Big boss of the agriculture and animals affairs at the ministry, said his ministry is in every day contacts with the the world at large organisations to safeguard the livestock and social robustness in the state.

He added that there were 300 sheep in the shipment and were found infected with contagious “Brucellosis” illness that also affects humans.
