i took a exclusive loan from the National Bank of Abu Dhabi and i pay them the monthly installment since a year & a half as I'm staying in Dubai since 3 years, but i might have to except UAE as a result of the financial crises that affected my work career there.
the question is if i have to give up UAE i will have to pay all the money i owe them before i leave, but can i transfer the personal loan from the bank's branch in Dubai to it's subsidiary in Cairo and pay the monthly installment

Pakistani National, UAE Resident, KSA Visa Required?

Iam a pakistani national working in UAE(abiding) in a bank. I want to visit KSA for searching job. I want to know if i need a visa to pop in saudi arabia? if i need visa that what kind of visa will be good and where can i get it in UAE.

Answer: Yes, certainly you need a visit visa to enter the Kingdom. The procedure is you should get an invitation the world of letters from KSA addressed to the Saudi consulate/embassy located in UAE, to enable you to apply for the visa. Since you are holding a estate visa of uae so the Saudi visa procedure will be easy for you. I am not sure the place you are intending to fall upon in Saudi. I believe you are a Muslim. Discipline on hiring fees if resigned on an unlimited labor contract w/ offer letter sentence condition?

How much is the following penalty fees in the Abu Dhabi, UAE? I got these estimated values before. Kindly add or clinch if it is correct or any other additional fees.

Answer: Apropos UAE Labour Law all visa and work related fees have to be paid by the employer.
If an wage-earner signs a limited contract and doesn't fulfill the same, the employer has the right to relate for compensation up to a certain amount (NOT full hiring costs!)
This rule does NOT apply when working on an immense contract because under an unlimited contract you have the right to resign any time.

You don't have to pay anything and in case of a oppose, MoL goes by their contracts only. Even for not fulfilling a limited contract the employer can't ask for more than pay for 45 days as compensation.
