New UAE Labour Law, I Worked For 3 Years And 3 Months And I Wanted To Resign. Do I Need To Lift The Ban?

I finished 3 years in my institution and i just renewed my visa last october 2010 same company, now i found a new job offer and i wanted to retire from, for 3 years and 3 months of service with my company,
do i have to lift the ban? or i am covered for the new UAE labour law implemented January 2011?
Please i necessity advice.

Answer: If you signed a reduced contract you have to fulfill the same. If working on an unlimited contract you can resign properly and change jobs without receiving a ban.

Hello,

If the livelihood is terminated by the employer in after 6 months of service and asked to serve the notice aeon of 1 month will the MoL ban of 6 months in liable?

If Yes, What are all the documents which are required from current and new employers to keep away from the ban? Or is there any more points in new laws in case of employment termination?

As a muslim i appetite to know: Is there a preference to christians among new professionals in UAE? Like westerners, filipinos s. africans, ...etc. As i see more ladies wearing crosses on the shirts walking on the day. or more chuches to be built. Recall this region is still the homeland of Islam. Those newcomers here are more not respecting the traditions and religious rules
