Is The Price Of Dubai (UAE) Properties Go On Increasing Or Will It Crash Soon?

I have purchased several propeties in Dubai.
The cost has climbed from 50% to 300% on them depending on the project.
I am afraid that there soon will be a disaster in Duabi real estate and I lose my money the same way I lost it in US stock buy in 2000.
Any one can give me some info and help ?

Answer: If you hawk, they will go up another 300%.

If you hold, they will go down.

If There Are Websites To Source Information On Properties In Canada & UAE?

Hi,

I am stressful to find out if there are websites to source information on properties in Canada and UAE (eg. Land size, sale evaluate, owners name, contact and sales history etc) like we have here in Australia (rpdata.net.au) and (http://www.facorelogic.com).

Will find worthwhile if can please assist me with regards to this or guide me in the right direction.

Question For Expats: Rental Properties In Abu Dhabi, UAE?

Does anyone have info on sites that let you look up rental properties in Abu Dhabi, UAE? I can't find anything that's for hire, not sale - all the rental pages come up as unavailable and stuff - very frustrating! Thanks!

Answer: You are spot on - it's absolutely frustrating. But what is even frustrating is that the classified rental costs in Abu Dhabi do not add up with the actual market costs !!! And the illegal hidden charges being pushed by those vulture like assets companies - are even more frustrating.

Answer: Yes properties may be multiply owned. It is significant however that adequate consideration be given as between the owners as to how they may make decisions in relation to the peculiarity and a property sharing agreement may be required. There are also inheritance issues to consider.

Hi, I am a US voter but would like to buy some property in Dubai, UAE. I heard that you are granted permanent residence if you buy any chattels. Can anyone tell me if it's true and also the requirements and procedure to buy one? Thanks in advanced.

Answer: You can realize property in Dubai, but you will not be entilteld for a permanent residency visa. Right now you would get a residency visa, but on this visa you are not allowed to exertion. Regarding the news paper article giving below, this via rule should change:

To buy trait in Dubai or Abu Dhabi you need a registered developer who takes care of all exigent steps. But you still have to be aware that law in the UAE can change real fast without prior notice.
