I don't have any guess how many expats migrated from the UAE to Canada and I doubt that the UAE keeps a statistic (why should they?).

There are no Canadian Immigration Companies located in the UAE. Right-minded a couple consultants and there are not many immigrants (expats living in the UAE) who are able to buy a house in Canada. I am working in a real estate in dubai uae under immense contract . I am working here for about a year now. I got a better offer in Dubai Knowledge Village which is a freezone. I queue a resignation but my boss refused to sign it. He treatened me that I will be ban in UAE for 1 Year and I need to pay all the expenses for my visa. I have many questions I yearning somebody can help me to get an answer.

1.Can I still resign and join the freezone company?

In my thought, there are good online jobs available. Over the last 4 years I have been working online as a effective customer service rep for a credit card company. It’s honestly a very easy job---I first answer e-mails, add features and address general inquiries.

If I can give one piece of recommendation though when looking for an online job---NEVER pay a start up fee to join a work at home company or directory. Very few sanction companies will require you to pay them in order for them in turn to pay you. It defeats the point! Moreover, there are plenty of free sites readily obtainable! :)
