my son is 21 has a russian gf ,he is a uae nationalistic.she is 4 months pregnant n they want to marry.could anyone advise us on the next step.will they face problems in the court .will she have to have a pregnancy assay before they marry.? will they have problems when they want to register the baby for its nationality.? thank u for any par.xx
| Answer: I propose b assess the kind of problem they will face is only related to their social and traditional environment (relations and friends medium) since UAE society is a conservative islamic one. However, they have only two options: 1- To get married pronto to each others, in order for their coming child to be legitimate. 2- Or to get her baby delivered outside the surroundings, in such case you have to seek legal assistance on how your son will claim the child and give him UAE nationality. |
