These days everything in dubai is getting more n more up-market. They are adding tax and other expenses like salik,...so I scared we buy a house and one day they come with new rules and add lots of tax or not extending visa of u or ur kith and kin and who knows maybe ask us to leave their country...we as expatriates have no right and voice in homeland rules because we always remain guest.
Answer: There is risk in any investment and one of the risks of buying property in Dubai is that you don't know what will happen to the laws for foreign owner property in Dubai in the unborn.
For me, the returns on investment are very high which would seem to justify the risk.

Renting Car For Tourist In Dubai?

Anent what I read about traffic problems in UAE & tough regulations on roads (Salik..etc). Would you recommend for tripper to rent a car... I have friends in Abu Dhabi & Sharjah would like to visit.. Or taxis & buses are ripping to get me there..?
Answer: As an Egyptian you will not clock any problems to drive in the UAE:))
My Egypt friend, who visited me last year, was surprised how "civilized" people campaign in the UAE.
Anyway, renting a car gives you much more flexibility. Public buses put you on a time schedule and a trek Dubai - Abu Dhabi will cost you between Dhs 250 - Dhs 450 regarding which time you touring. Where as a full tank for a Toyota Corolla will cost you around Dhs 70.

I am working in a RAK undo zone company and I have completed 2 years of service. Most of the time i have to work 10 to 15 hours, but I never complained, it because I girlfriend my job as a video editor and designer. My current salary is 4500dhs. I currently asked my company for a salary hike or give me any sort of compensations for the weekend or the extra work that I have worked for the first tempo. He lotl me that he will not o any thing.
