SunRocket VoIP Was Working In UAE Till Etisalat (local Telecom) Blocked It. Is There Any Way To Make It Work?

I had bought the benefit from USA and it was working fine. I was using the Gizmo (provided by SunRocket) that I plugged into the haunt network and had no problems till Etisalat (the UAE Telephone / Telecom company) blocked all VoIP communications inclduing Skype, Yahoo Messanger articulate chat and MSN Messanger voice chat.
I have called the customer service of SunRocket but to no avail. I am now looking for a tech revelation to the problem. I do have the admin password for Gizmo box

I got offers from Huawei ( a chinese telecom accoutrements manufecturer) in KSA and also from Etisalat UAE (a telecom service provider). I want to ask which one is better?comments.
Answer: It depends on which end of the fund chain you want top be on. Huwei is manufacturing and sales and support. Etisalat is on the wholesale side of things.

Answer: I've called Etisalat (the only ISP in UAE) and I've been told that they blocked the VOIP practice.and I've asked regarding PC-Pc, they said that if it use the same protocol then it will be blocked also.
btw, PC-PC and PC-phone is not working, but discussion is working.
I hope some one will help us to work around this.
