Does this make any sense to you? Do you think people will imply more properly knowing that there is a 50% discount on certain traffic fines automatically?
Any inputs?
Answer: What I accept is that AD Police started this as they needed a way to collect the fines from people who would not pay them any time soon, as well as there are many cars with expired registration on the roads due to deficit of money to pay the fines and these cars are possible danger on the road since they are not going thru the registration assay.
I am sure that this wont last for a long.....so you better pay and make sure you dont set right any in future.
