Does one destitution ECNR Stamping on his Indian passport to travel to UAE on a Visit Visa with return ticket?

Answer: No, Its not required in this anyway a lest.
ECNR is only required when you are visiting for employment.

Can I Still Travel And Re-enter UAE Even If My UAE Residence Visa Is Due To Expire In 4 Months?

I allow passports should generally be valid for 6 months. However, does this apply to UAE residence visas? I'm planning to travel abroad and re-enter UAE after 2 weeks or before my UAE residence visa expires. No problem with my passport which is valid until 2012 but UAE stay visa is set to expire in 4 months time.

Answer: you should not be out of Uae for more than 6 months(in one duration) other wise it is fine--------------cheers

Planning a two week spark off hallucinate in Dubai in January, staying with family there. I have read the website over and over again but it is very unclear, and these visa requirements are so new, coming into upset on Jan 2. I just want to be sure of everything before I travel there.

Since u r a canadian nationwide, there is no need to apply for a vist visa or travel visa to come to uae. Once u come to UAE very recently produce ur passport to the immigration office and he will stamp u a visa for 15 or 30 days.

Is It Possible To Travel Between UAE And Oman On A UAE Drivers Licence?

Hi I am a European householder but my passport is in the process of getting a visa for another country. I am due to go to Oman at the weekend by car. I have a photocopy of my passport and also a UAE drivers freedom. Would this be ok?

Answer: As an UAE district you are allowed to drive a car with an UAE driver's license - but to enter Oman you of course need your queer fish passport and not just a copy.
