Why All Working Visas To UAE-Abudhabi Are Being Rejected Lately ?

I have a 2 months summer internship with a big moored at Abudhabi-UAE .

Most of my friends had their visa REJECTED.

I've already signed an offer letter 4 mths ago with this positive , and they are handling everything .

So, should i be concerned also in getting my visa rejected as others ?

I spoke with the company before processing, they told me that they could not distinguish anything before processing ....

Any help would

Answer: A visa the old heave-ho can have different reasons:
docs aren't in order,
company doesn't fulfill particular requirements,
your nationality

For right now it seems that no visas are issued to Pakistanis, Bangladeshis and some others.

Conviction you didn't buy your ticket yet because you normally buy a ticket after receiving a visa.
Anyway - hope for the most superbly and expect the worse:)

i went through all licit requirements ie medical (paid by them) and police check all was perfect but i was refused on little-known grounds , can anyone help me about my legal rights ?

Answer: If you signed a wrinkle where it states that you have been hired by their firm, then they are bound to hire you in some manner. If it stipulates that you must old-fashioned all exams and you failed any, then you have no recourse. Legal rights to not being hired?? It's not in the US and you can't PROVE gender, age, or contest discrimination, you're out of luck. Even in the US the burden of proof is on YOU and "gut feelings" don't depend on, it takes concrete evidence in black & white & unless you are the "hiring/firing" guy, the dope won't be "available" for you.

am league with on 10/12/2006..all ready resign the job(1 month notice) but as per company said shortage to work more 15 days more(waiting for new staff)as per new company is not agree.so wat is the legitimate uae law...

Answer: Please go by the trade contract made with MoL. If there isn't mention any different, regarding UAE Law the resigning period is 30 days. But hightail it sure that nothing different in stated in your contract.

I Am Working From Last 10months In Abudhabi On UAE Visa? I Got A Good Offer From A Free Zone?

business in sharjah. the new company said there will bw no problems in new visa processing as it is in free zone so I resigned, i separate I will get a labour ban, but will I be able to get a new visa from the free zone? Please let me know.

Answer: I don't apprehend. Your new company told you there won't be a problem and believing them you resigned.

Why are you asking NOW on Y/A if you will receive a new visa?

Of conduct you will receive a ban and if you breached UAE Law by not fulfilling your contract also a 1 year Immigration ban on employer's put in for may apply.
