I am successful on leave but not planning to come back in UAE, since can I send my resignation from India and cancel my visa from UAE Ambassy.Please give any Guess.

If you are planning to desert and you are under work sponsorship by a company - I suggest that you have your visa and work permit cancelled BEFORE leaving the fatherland.

Your sponsor and his representative are the only individuals mandated by law to have the legal rights to apply for your rescinding along with the cancellation signed by the sponsor or his representative.
