We are both Filipino citizens who have been working in abu dhabi for three consecutive years , Our first offspring was born here in abu dhabi and had a vacation in the Philippines. Now it is our time to go back to our work in Abu Dhabi. Is our daughter considered a UAE citizen so we can put on her back to abu dhabi?
Answer: No UAE citizenship by origin. Children born in te UAE receive the father's/husband's nationality/citizenship automatically.

Answer: As a man your chances to become an UAE citizen are silent to none and as a woman gaining citizenship through marriage it takes up to 5 years and longer.
If you are not a GCC citizen anyway, your fiance speculator gets permission to marry you first before making any plans.

Why are 33 countries/nationals allowed/clever to obtain a visit visa up on arrival entering the UAE while UAE citizen still have to apply for a visa to these countries in progress?
Is that fair? Please be aware that UAE nationals hardly never intend to stay in a visiting woods (for what reason should they?).
"War against terrorism" can't be a reason either.
Why are UAE nationals not able not acquire a visa up on arival in these countries?

I believe the reason this is done, in particular with a country like USA [I cannot speak for other countries] is because the Merged States does not want to take the chance of anyone at ALL trying to slide into the country with intentions unendingly staying there to live. Now yes, the government in UAE is set up wonderfully for the locals. The benefits UAE locals pocket in UAE far surpass what the average US citizen receives. And if he does, would that score me one too? I know it's impossible for foreigners, but my dad's case is a bit different. I have a lot of family relatives who have lived and worked in Dubai for less yet than my dad, and they have become citizens already.
My uncle and my cousin are two examples. I'm also Iranian, so I have distant local relatives. My dad has worked in Dubai for like 40 years or more. Is it tenable to become a UAE citizen or not?

Answer: In prove your father ever will become an UAE citizen, you will be an UAE citizen also.
Knowing that there isn't any rule on "who" will become a citizen "when" (unless being married to an spear UAE national) why don't you just ask your uncle/cousin where they applied for citizenshipand what docs were required?
Your pa shoukd apply for citizenship at the authorities concerned and be aware that these things will be handled container by case. It's up to the ruler of Dubai only to whom he provides citizenship.
