I had obtained my driving privilege in Abu Dhabi two years back. Then I left the UAE and again arrived in Sharjah on a visit visa for a trade. So can I get back my driving license? What is the exact procedure?

Answer: Even though you had Abu Dhabi's driving credentials you cannot use it in Sharjah. You will have to appear for the driving test again to obtain driving licence in Sharjah. Same case was applied to me.

I will be stationed in Amsterdam for three weeks on a devise. I am UAE resident with UAE driving license. If I get myself a UAE International Driving license - can I rent a car and drive in Holland ?

I am from Kerala, and I am having a UAE driving authorize for the past two years..
Is it possible for me to get a driving license from kerala without going through the tests.

even if tests are there, what are the steps to gain the same.. since i dont have much leave to run behind that..

Answer: I'm not steadfast since you are from UAE but in the US you can get something called an international drivers license. I think it's part of a United Nations entente and basically what it says is if you get a drivers license in one country any other countries who have signed the contract have to recognize it.

I have to move Saudi Arabia, please let me differentiate if UAE driving license can be changed to Saudi license easily or classes are required there?

Answer: You have to look into on your license.

Me for instance, I live in Kuwait, and on my Kuwaiti driving license, it is written: "Valid for all GCC countries".

So by the skin of one's teeth check on your driving license and see if it is written.
