Entry Visa Sended By UAE Employer Through Email? |
1 month ago, i recieved an entr visa (employment visa) from my employer through email. The original one was at the airport.
Due to some family problems, i can not excursions to UAE and join my duties. I politely asked my employer to cancel my entry visa.
My gaffer is saying he will cancel my employent via as absconded and i will get one year ban? Is that true?
I have not travelled to UAE, have not started my job and dont have any stately home visa....why
| Answer: All things being equal he should not do that. It is true that there is a concept of Employment Ban but that is mainly applicable if ur changing jobs within the UAE or have not reported to m. But nevertheless, if he intends to do this, unfortunately there is not much you can do about it because UAE is a Kingdom and not a democratic country. Believe me, i have had friends who have been through this shit but after the ban age things have been good for them. In their case though, they had changed jobs within UAE. Least you can do is try speaking to the HR of that company else try hunting for some message on the below website http://www.government.ae |
