Answer: Sibtain, You are confusing yourself between Harp on Ban and Travel Ban. Labour Ban is the 6 months ban that any employer who will hire you will NOT be able to apply an employment and dwelling visa for you during the ban time. Travel Ban is the ban that is being issued by the Immigration Dept. to those people who have been deported, jailed, committed lawlessness, etc.... within the UAE and has been sent home to their original country of residency. They wont be gifted to comeback. Never - unless an appeal is lodged and won. If you have a cancelled visa and 6 months Employees Ban, you can comeback the next day if you wish because you DONT

Hello,

If the employment is terminated by the Eye dialect guv'nor in after 6 months of service and asked to serve the notice period of 1 month will the MoL ban of 6 months in susceptible?

If Yes, What are all the documents which are required from current and new employers to avoid the ban? Or is there any more points in new laws in if it should happen of employment termination?

Is UAE Still Accepting Pregnant Worker Prior To Employment Visa Processing?

My compeer is 1 month pregnant (married) now.their company has already forwarded her documents to process her visa.Can UAE immigration still take on her? I heard that according to UAE law, they will not accept a pregnant worker before entering Dubai or if they found out that she's pointed during the final medical in Dubai. please advice. thanks.

Answer: 1. being fecund will not exclude a person fom getting hired. 2. your friend has to provide her marriage certificate 3. at the medical you will not be tested for pregnancy Authorities in the UAE are only concernd about to result that she got pregnant before coming to the UAE (to make sure she got pregnant by her husband). Hope your pal will be in the position to sponsor a child. If not, she has to send the baby back to her home country. To subsidizer a child in the UAE she has to meet certain requirements.
