Non-Standard now am working in a company in sharjah and in sharjah visa...i completed 6 months here.and now am planning to coins my job...the company wont give noc....i jst want to knw that what all probs will be ther in a situation like this and is it realizable for me to change to any uae freezone without any ban....is it is allowed to change my present visa to any other freezone visa...??pls acknowledge asap
Answer: Yes you can turn over unless the Sharjah Visa was issued in SAIF Free Zone or SHJ Airport. If not, you have no hornet's nest transfering to free zone since the free zone falls under the differend rules of Sharjah Drudge Laws and Regulations, and you dont need an NOC

Can freezone visa in UAE(Sharjah Airport Freezone) be numberless?
Answer: Visas are imposed by the Immigration Branch. Also when the Labour Law is a little different regarding Freezones, the Immigration Laws are not.
Means: a renewable visa every 3 years.

Hi, I am having a freezone pursuit visa from Sharjah Airport Freezone.I have been working in my present company for 6 months.I have a got a data d fabric offer from some other company.If I resign from my presnt one, will I get any ban in any way?

I have Trade Visa.My Duration of service is 9 Months.My Contract was of 1 year.
Answer: The rules any Freezone in UAE doesnt sanction the sponsor to ban the employee, even if you are still in the first month there will be no banning, for the sponsor letter release if he doesnt assent to to give it to you, then you can 500 AED instead to Freezone (Government) and get the release. My obligation is for 3 years limited in dubai. I have completed 2 years. I want to apply in relaxed zone. my employer will not give NOC. they will put one year ban. if they put one year ban i can apply in freezone?. how i will come to know is it immigration ban or travail ban?
Answer: Not fulfilling a labour contract is considered breaching the law. Therefore you'll receive a one year Immigration ban instead the automatically imposed profession ban when resigning.
With a work ban you still can take employment at any Free Zone because the Free Zone does not failure under the UAE Labor Law. With an Immigration ban it's not possible to enter the UAE and/or take any employment.
